Yet another scammer for Warhammer accounts. I spoke with him for quite awhile and once the money went through, he logged out. Hopefully PayPal will help.
Another one that should be banned.

We have stickies, articles, staff signature info, possibly more information on protecting yourself against scammers than most other trading websites. If you had read them then you would have not accepted a direct PM offer.
Anyway, please provide evidence that this person scammed you.

Aight FlufferMcdie is a scammer fo sho
So it all started when my buddy stumbles across Fluffermcdie's "WTS Xbox 360 200 bucks" anyways so they get to talkin n my buddy being a not so smart agrees to all his crap and sends the guy 180.00 for the xbox bunch of games n wut not. A week goes by n theres no xbox showing up so he then talks to Fluffer again and asks for the tracking # and why the box hasnt arrived the guy bullshits his way out of that saying hes working on it and blah blah. Then my buddy asks me to message the guy and ask if hes still selling the xbox, so i do and wut do yea kno that the guy PM's me back saying yea i still got it i will sell for 200 bucks then he leaves all his contact Info at the bottom so i take his MSN and add him and this is what was said nothing has been changed.

I can say this right now - If you paid for an xbox 360 via Paypal and the xbox wasnt received, this is physical theft and punishable by law in nearly every country in the world.

Does your friend have a realpoor username or are you sharing an account?
Without receiving any paypal info or having investigating atm, the user lives in Lewisberry/Palmerton, Pennsylvania. Under US law it is at best false advertising, at worst its criminal theft. I'd suggest you private message Completegibberish if you are interested in taking legal action providing you have the evidence and he will advise you on where to go from here.
I'm not familiar with the legal system in USA, but as far as i know on theft there is a 90 day waiting period after sending the information to your and his/her state police, after that a warrant is placed for his/her arrest and it is taken to court. Like i said, contact completegibberish and he can fill you in on where you stand.
