Try dislocating your shoulder, now THERE's some pain. And i'm not talking some wussy barely out of the socket crap, i'm talking they need a team of doctors to put it back in and you have 8 months of rehab after.
There are way more nerves running through your arm than are in your pelvis.
Though the sheer length of birth may put it over the edge in a total pain contest

Most intense pain in my life even worse then snapping both my Radius and Ulna was this past year when I sprained my ankle. Oh god it hurt. Foot stayed in one place leg twisted to about 90 degrees then I collapsed. Holy shit it hurt bad.
