I apologize for having to ask stuff like this but my English is not that great (and my Japanese is not even as good as my English is:) My question is: Is the trial version of Final Fantasy XI completely free of charge, or is id only reduced in cost to something like 1 dollar 99? The info at the site is confusing with me. Thank you!

The "free trial" version is completely, 100% free. The $1.99 versions is something else, it’s a cheap starter pack that includes the installation DVD and an already scheduled free 30 day subscription. Basically, it's the same deal except you don't have to download the game, and you pay them 2 bucks. I hope this isn't confusing with you too much?
