I was gonna start FF XI the other day, the trial version and planning to upgrade when that goes out, but the payment options are kind of confusing. Say I upgrade form trial to paying on the 25th, would that mean I have to play the whole monthly deal for just the extra five days?
Quite simply, the fee is $12.99 per month, plus $1 for each character you roll up. In case of "partial months", this is divvied up so that you end up with only a fraction of the total cost. For example, if your monthly charge would be $15 but you played only two days, you would end up paying a single dollar.
