Does anyone have it? Its a PS1 game, if you do could you rip it for me and upload to rootus' ftp ^^.

it has chrono trigger, and 2us/4japan.

the reason i want it is because the version of 2 is the hard type version from japan. ive never had a chance to play it, and if rather play that one then a boot leg rom version with asstastic translation.

I thought they were coming out with Chronicles for GameCube? I may be mistaken.

no i just meant it was referred to as the hardtype, it has a few different features and added s***s.

one thing i just saw was it added a sprint feature because moving around was so f*****g slow in the original. just little stuff like that.

Get the original ROM and find a recent script somewhere to patch it. The newer translations are very good.

the ps1 version has other added shit, like a sprint feature since walking around was very slow in the original, the cg scenes, which arent anything major, but still worth it.

same with the chrono trigger version on it, has added animated scenes etc. if i cant find it from someone here or on mirc, ill just goto funcoland and buy it, but i figured someone must own it, heh.

Be warned, hitachi, I believe Final Fantasy Chronicles is one of the listed games that will not work in a ps2. I could be wrong though, or you could always play it on epsxe.

FF Chronicles worked on my PS2, so I'm guessing it'd work on others, too Razz

Personally, I liked the SNES version of CT better than the PSX version, mainly because of the load time for battles or menus. It's not as noticable for FF4, so I didn't mind that.

The sprint is nice, but there's only 1 CG movie at the intro (which is a rip compared to the 2-3 that FF5 and FF6 each had in FF Antology.) Go download it if you really want to see it.
