Well im not a cow expert but it really was proven that bone meal is a main factor into the desease they would have put it illegal to use here too.

it's tolerated in small quantities.
dont think it's technically legal though.

...just like day after the blackout everyone was pointing their fingers at Canada..christ i was in Nebraska and everone there was doing it..opps a poweroutage..must be them canadians fault..couldn't be america's fault..cept it was.
Same shit here..no proof has been found that states taht this cow was infected before it went to US..nor is there any proof any of the other cows are infected that were in the same herd..
