I have the Digipac 4000 All In One package, DVR, and an extra converter, comes out to about ~173 per month. Cable, phone and RR

I think thats the exact same package I have. I also have three boxes =X Might want to call them and see what they can do. Just whine on the phone to the CSR that you're paying a lot of money. They DO have the ability to give you discounts.

So Cal (Orange County). I think it's like $168 per month. I have DVR box + 2 additional Digital Boxes. Thats on top of the plan. So in theory I should be paying more than you.

only diff is u have 1 more box than me, but i also subscribe to the HD tier which is 5 bucks, but the addtl box should be around 7, oh well. If you told me we were talking 20 bucks a month i would call but not for 5

My bill should be around $180-$190. But up to you 
I just gave them shit on the phone when they were trying to upsell me a while back and they shaved $10 per month off each of the three main services. Then gave me showtime free for a year.
