If an online add only lists an email and only asks for a resume, Are you better off just sending a resume or sending a Cover Letter addressed to whomever it may concern. Also they don't want e-mail attachments, and having Cover letter followed by a resume in 1 screen of an e-mail seems quite odd.
Also, when the name of the person who is reading the application is female, but you don't know whether they are married or not, Are you better of just using Ms. or not even using a Title?
Thanks

Lame Kraft.
I'd say if they're just asking for a resume, just send the resume. If they're interested in you they will contact you for a follow up interview.
As for resume's: make sure it's complete, but don't be too elaborate. The trick with resume's is to make someone curious about you, so you can get your foot in the door so to speak and get an interview in which you can present yourself through better means than text on paper (conversation). Be informative, but leave the details to be inquired about.

I wrote a cover letter for each resume. In fact I was told during all my interviews it was my cover letter and not my resume which landed me the interview. :p Maybe cuz resume has 'BLOOD ENGORGED c***s VIOLATING SMALL JAPANESE s***s' as a watermark.

Ya I did that too. Just wondering whether this specific one would be a plus or minus.
