So, I understand there will be both male and female models for all races, regardless of whether or not this is supported in the source WH material? (OK, so they'll have just the orcs and goblins as neuters, but that's as far as they'll go.) Well, what about the female dwarves, then? How will they look? Beards and stuff?

First of all, not every race/class combo will be available to either gender. Get your facts straight. And second of all…
