None. Every pair of shoes i get end up giving me blisters or sore feet. The only comfortable pair i have had were Converse low-tops without laces. Just bought £50 Nike Air trainers, same story. Buying a pair of New Balance running shoes, or more likely Trail as i'm going to move onto trail running soon.

AF1's are the most comfortable shoes I ever wore. I never tie my shoes.

I was going to get chrome ones, but the cast iron ones were £24.99 on Amazon so i snapped them up last night. I'm probably going to buy more 2.5kg plates for them tbh, they arent heavy enough except when im working biceps.

Bench press and lateral raises will work triceps and deltoids. Been doing it for a few months and starting to see small gains, though i cant really gain much muscle right now.

I only have dumbbells. No gym around here that I know of.
I do what I can. Probably going to get some createen, Sorry for spelling.
I have a lot 100% whey protein. Drink it every morning and after work out.

How much are benches usually go for at stores? Probably make my basement a workout room that I probably won't use for 2 months which I'm going for a vacation.

I havent really looked into creatine as i wont be using any supplements for gaining for around 3 months, but it seems to be quite popular. Benches not sure, i'm just using a machine that can be used as a bench if i unscrew quite a few parts to it. They are probably only around £30/$60. Not much need for the really expensive ones imo. Read the sticky on the /fit/ section of www.78chan.org. It goes through the basics of gaining and lifts, one of the most popular:

Ha. Same 100% Whey product I have.
Well, No need to learn how to lift weights or bench presses. Already know what ones I need to do. I work out most of the days, Shouldn't though as I suppose to let me muscles repair themselves every other day.

I work out on my chest first. Biceps then triceps.
Don't work out on my legs though.

You seriously should. Squats are probably one of the best exercises you can do.

With dumbbells? Hopefully I'll have some weights where I go.
Already thinking about that. I'm leaving at summer so I'm wondering if I could bring protein power + Weights with me through the airport lol.

I dont drink spirits, well i dont drink at all anymore. I can go through god knows how much beer, but when it comes to spirits things get interesting. The drunk picture in the meet the staff thread was me after drinking 7 bottles of stella over a few games of Halo 3 before running for a bus to go to a house party. Then when i got there i had 9-12 shots of aftershock, 2 triple vodka & irn bru's and half a can of Tennents in around an hour or two before being found outside in the garden rolling around in my own vomit (chicken curry).

God...too many firecapes.
1 More and I'm done on Sythe.

I love beer. I can probably drink up to 13.
Budweiser \ Heiniken \ Colt 45 is easy to chug down. I chugged down 2 bottles in 4 chugs.

Drinking hard liquor is a diff story. I end up not remembering how much I drank. I drink until I pass out. If I puke I can drink more Very Happy

Took long to post this eh? Was doing firecape + Jad. Very Happy
