The main theme to ff2 in that folder is all messed up (at least in wmp, the length is waaaaay off).
I like the intro to ff2 (really fits the whole crystal theme), the intro to FF3 when terra and the soldiers are trudging through the snow, the temple music from zelda2, regular battle music from ff2, bombing run from ff7, battle music with atma weapon from ff3, and I can't remember what it sounded like or find any mp3s, but I remember liking the music you hear in the first hallway from sotn.
Also, most any music from megaman2 (yay minibosses), and the starcraft music when you play as terran.

Can't forget the Megaman tracks. Some really interesting techno and trance has evolved from it. Once it's in your head, it's there all day.

All the music in Castlevania SoTN is great, especially the Tower of Mist, Dracula's Castle, Alchemy Lab, The Chapel and that piece from the upside down basement in the ice section.
Speaking of game music, there was a concert recently in Leipzig at the Gewandhaus with a decent selection of modern video game music, performed by the Czech National Orchestra
http://www.music4games.net/n_gc2003concert_announcement.html
With any luck they'll do something like this in the States or atleast to the UK as apparently these sort of concerts are big in Japan.

Fallout 1 Opening and closing credits theme, The Inkspots: Maybe
Fallout 2 Opening and closing credits theme, Louis Armstrong, A kiss to build a dream on.
Both of those songs fit the game so well its not even funny, damn awesome game direction.

A huge chunk of my mp3s are FF soundtracks and the various CDs that Square's released. One winged angel and the boss theme from FF7, the opera and the overworld theme from FF6 are my favorites among my FF collection.

That's Samuel Barber's Adagio for Strings, great classical score. The song from Yes also in the end cutscene was great, one of the best ends in gaming =)

That music was borrowed from the Vietnam movie Platoon, right around the scene when Willem Dafoe's character dies.
I'm pretty sure of that, either that or I'm f*****g tone deaf.

The music in Kraid's area (hiddenboss.midi iirc) is the tightest ever.

Howard Shore composed that by the way, he has done movies in the past as well.
