What is your favorite item you ever looted?
I'm not talking about the 400HP earrings you got last night. Im talking like shit that meant the world to you when you got it, something you drooled over for half a year. The item that gave you the feeling that you haven't felt since and never felt before.
For me it was my Ifir. My guild's first Fennin Ro kill and the first time I looted a bad ass dagger. It was all I had wanted since I realized I was never going to get a Khalshazar. I was drunk and excited for like 30 hours.
I suppose second best was AHR arms.

guise of deciever and jboots tie on my pali.
sornlia camped drelz and ran the camp for 26 hours straight to get those damn jboots! i had nightmares of that damn room!
the guise.. i died three times making it to the room haha i was too young to be there and damn palis still sucked back then! i stuck it out kept the group going recreating as people left. but i stuck it out got my guise and then a couple weeks later they nurfed them.
when i deleted sornlia off meddyks account and onto my own.. i thought id end up losing them both... but yay for being sneaky and things being different back then cause i managed to keep all my no drop stuff an had a friend hold all my dropables from bank while i recreated. (before char moves and shit were allowed)
i walked out of the bank into the front counrtyard, stared those snoty high elves down and had me a fist fight!
when i died i sat camped deleted. only thing left of sornlia was her corpse. new account recreated her the exact same popped up at the newbie starting spot walked over to my corpse and looted my stuff.
lvl 1 with guise and jboots and all sorts of fun no drops. yay for finding a cheat before they nurfed it!

My favorite item is my Crimson Ring of Judgement from Aten Ha Ra. A lot of nice items from Aten's loot table, but I decided I wanted only that ring, because (at the time), the right click could not be found on any other item. Fortunately I had enough points to win the item when it dropped, because it never dropped again after that.
Other notables include my Blackflame Sphere, Quarm ring, and various CLR-only arms- always nice to get an upgraded healing focus.

Bloodfrenzy. I drooled over that thing so long waiting for it to drop, and nothing compared to the feeling where I stayed up 3 hours later then normal just for that fight, and saw that blade drop. I about flipped the f**k out when I won.
Emp rift was pretty f*****g uber too. Second kill came only hours after the first, good times.

Well, it wasn't a looted item, but when I played Toesmasher back in 2002 I was in a group killing on giants in Kael and a pair of Corroded Plate Gauntlets dropped. Luckily me I was the only toon in the group at the time that can use them and got them. Then I went to the bazaar and grabbed three crushed topazes like I was told to, then went to Captain Njall in Thurg, turned them in and got my very first piece of level 45 equipment from there, was pretty happy cause everything I had on at the time was pretty s****y gear and as a warrior it was hard(at least for me) to save up decent money to buy stuff that uber in comparision.
On Grizmaster, the favorite item I ever looted was when I was killing stuff with Omier / Omii in Akheva Ruins, he pulled The Va`Dyn to zone in line to ME, we killed him and a Gold Inlaid Ulak dropped and he let me take it, was happy for it due to at the time I didn't have anything great nor had I got Epic 1.0 completed too.

Ring of Dain Frostreaver 4.
I did up to ring 9 guildless back in the day and started it when I was lvl 48. Talk about a fun/hard/rewarding quest. I ran 4 10th ring wars on my own at the end, still guildless and all of them failed. A while after joining COS, I was the only other person besides Mack the guild did the war for. Ill never forget the journey and the help I recieved throughout it , nor will I ever take it off. Its my favorite item

for Vekril it was the Cryosilk Robe in Fear - it was extremely rare (1 of 4 at the time, eventually 1 of 6) so it made you really look different and stand out - this was before Kunark when they made so many robes look similar, and whatever expansion introduced dyes - I used to get so many random tells "what robe is that?!?!"
2nd item for him was the pet focus book off Innoruuk (Encyclopedia Necrotheurgica?), had wanted that forever
on my monks (Xylx and Vekril 2.0) probably their Chardok pipes for the epic
on the wizard (Belakar) definitely the Boots off TXD in Vex Thal - 20% mana preservation was as good as a Time level drop, they only dropped 1 time for SOTN in all our VT clearings - I wanted those so badly, I paid Icemagi about 60k not to outbid me in DKP for them
