Ish's comment about liking tea made me think of this, since I actually drink more tea than soda too (but more coffee than anything). Sorry, "THC" doesn't count.

Why isn't tea-bagging a choice?

Well I guess the 'Morning Thunder' selection is closest, so I'll go with that.

Green tea is my usual, however I also enjoy Red tea, and Constant Comment.
There's also a ginger and lemon tea that I picked up a box of somewhere that's pretty good, though it has a bit of a bite to it.

Green Tea, not only does it taste good, it will clean your system out like no-other.

Lipton / Tetley / Generic ???
Dude. Not cool.
Lipton and Tetley are drastically different.
Speaking for everyone from South of Maryland and West of the Mississippi, Lipton is the only option.
Add 6 regular bags or 2 family-sized bags of Lipton Tea to a pot of boiling water. Let boil for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and let tea-bags soak for additional 20 minutes (or until nearly cool). Remove and discard tea bags. Add 1 cup (or maybe a tad more) to 1 gallon pitcher. Slowly stir tea into pitcher. Place pitcher in refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Pour a tall glass over ice. Enjoy.
