When I played on Innoruuk long ago there was an erudite over there named Tito Jackson. I loved that one.

A level 29(or was it 39?) shaman by the name of Chief. It was a stand against the naming policy, which says you can't name yourself a title. Since he had no surname, Chief could be taken as simply a name, instead of a title.
It was a bold and defiant move on the part of the shaman. Rumors are he got hounded almost everyday, and GM's even begged him to assign a surname.

that's my shaman. :O
my dad's nickname is Chief and almost his entire back is covered in native american tattoos. but...
then i realized if i played chief as a main and my dad died, every time i looted my corpse in-game i'd be seeing "Chief's corpse" and that would make me sad irl fo sho.
My favorite name was "Turkeywrangler Puddlejumper," followed quickly by my own halfling druid, "Assgoblin." I have no clue how i got him past the name filter.

my warrior is Dirrk Diggler, not sure if anyone ever saw Boogie Nights. My ranger's last name remains Morningwood (Twigglet). I had a troll BL named Mangina. Zheff's monk had the best name because it was nearly impossible to spell. Ugumdugumdugama or something.

Best name I can recall atm would be a cleric called Booboofixerupper, and ench called "getitoffme" Urbb Inabong was classic though heh, Still see the Urbb char around occasionally.
For the record I have a female ogre called "Fnkybuttlovin" ^_^
