Biscuits and Gravy with lots of sausage is the best.
After that any combination of eggs and cheese and salty, greasy meat is good, along with hash browns and ketchup and tabasco sauce. I love eathing tabasco sauce and then drinking coffee. The hot coffee just wakes up the tabasco sauce again every time you take a drink.
Not too big on the pancakes and waffles, but they're ok too once in a while.
I usually don't eat breakfast though, just coffee.
