I set up a league called Realpoor. Here are the details:
12 teams (if there's enough interest we can make another league)
8 playoff spots (for more fun for everyone)
7 offensive players
1 QB
3 WR
1 RB
1 TE
1 K
----
3 defensive players (no team defense)
1 D
1 DB
1 DL
----
6 bench slots for off weeks, injuries, etc.
Scoring is about the same, but tackle assists are worth 1/2 of solo tackles and return yardage is 30 to 1 point. Fractional scoring is used.
The reason I made it so you only get 1 RB is so that everyone has a chance to get a quality running back since they are so important to the league and so that there will usually be something fairly good available if yours gets injured.

Not a money league. Just for fun. And yes, I'll be watching for odd trades such as when somebody gives up and tries to give his buddy his whole roster for a backup DB.

I love fantasy leagues, they make the sport alot more interesting. 
My Espn NASCAR team is 39th in the country (over 53,000 total participants). But I'm goin' for #1!!!1!!

Unless this is a money league and a carry over where trades make a difference in subsequent years, I'd say f**k trades and simply expand the rosters to account for injuries. Limit free agent pickups for once or twice a year since we aren't paying for the transactions and give the lower echelon teams priority. We need more than one running back to account for injuries and if you don't pick one up early to get someone stupid like Peyton Manning, that's your own dam fault. ^^
Anyway, when is the draft? And Bring it ON cause the nobuliscious wonder is waiting to take you and your pathetic teams down. ^^

Makes sense on the RB thing. I was just trying to avoid the thing where people get fancy on their draftings and someone ends up with Holmes/Williams and some other guy ends up with Dunn/Shipp.
Anyways, room for more teams if you want in! PM if you really want to play

Basically if you can't be there, you can still pre-rank the players, and things will be chosen as in an autodraft for that player.

I think I succesfully created a team. the BUNGLES. It wont let me view the league though it says im not in it. But I am listed under realpoor as the league so I guess it works.

Yeah your team is registered. Make sure you're logged into Yahoo though to see the league.
