my brother and i think its a scam my dad isnt sure and my mom thinks she won. anyone have any opinions based on this webpage? looks realy fake to me

Call the FTC and ask them to check it out for you, or see if they have any complaints about that company/web page.

gotta love these timeshare things... a friend of mine's parents got scammed into signing up for one once because it was such a *great deal* of course, they barely speak english and their great deal ended up costing them much more than anticipated, i wonder whatever ended up happening with that...

Whenever you get a call saying you won a vacation, it's either a timeshare or a more blatant scam. The "vacation" is usually a trip someplace where you have to go to some real estate seminar that just happens to be in a nice place like sunny Florida or Las Vegas.
I used to get these calls often, and they were just recordings.
