Will they be buildable by players and player communities? I guess what I'm asking is, will we be allowed to make our own towns by gathering around in tents and the like, you know, camps aggregating together until they form semi-permanent tent-towns? I think this would be very cool, and in line with the general feel of the game.

I agree, this does sound nice, and post-ap-stylish to boot. However, I'm thinking this would need to be factionalized, as in no free-for-all camp sites, that would make very little sense what with the game being all about inter-factional conflict, wouldn't it?
