My friend says she read somewhere online that players will have the ability to build their own towns in FA, but she can't remember where she saw that. Could you guys confirm this, please? Having player made tows and settlements would be so cool at least as one of faction-specific abilities if not for everyone!

I agree, though this needs to be somewhat limited. Remember, Fallen Earth is effectively going to be a "sandbox" game, with playing space very limited (until the next expansion pack, that is). Letting just about everyone start their own city might lead to overcrowding and lack of realism. But small settlements and the like, why not
