I've been reading up a little on the Children of the Apocalypse, and I don't think I'm getting this right How much anti-tech the CHOTA really are? I mean, are they the unibomber Tyler Durden types, or are they more like "let's just kill that enforcer over there and then everybody can do what they want, we dont much care".

See, the thing about CHOTA is they're not really too organized, so you actually get all the (sub) types in varying numbers. I think that's the case with all the factions, anyway.
