What are the Factors affecting the outcome of a Warhammer battle? I am trying to get to know this game inside out so I can beat my best friend who is playing it for more then two years now. I am being honest with you and that is why I asked the question at the beginning. I need some guidelines so I can win, and I dont even know what this game is about to tell you the truth. Is there any hope for me?

I have to say that judging by the facts that you listed in your question, there is little hope for you. First, you say that your friend plays the game for more then a year and you have no experience. That alone should make you think twice before deciding to go along with what you already decided to do. The only thing I can give you an advice about is to start playing as soon as possible, and do it as much as possible as you can. After a couple of years you might be able to ask your friend for a duel. And with some luck you might even win. So, it is just how much you practice; there is no easy way out of this.
