Got a few questions...first off...if i were able to get a MQ on a SS chain BP...could a lvl 1 wear it? Also, what is the fastest way to bring up SS faction? Solo prefered. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes think so, just can't use the clicky effects.
Smack Statue and Tormax before some guild kills them.

Tormax doesn't give +CoV faction.
but yeah, statue/idol/aow are good hits, vindi isn't.
You can indeed wear ss/thurg/kael armor at level 1 though.

No, Tormax is -Tormax, +Yelinak, +Dain.
The primary velious factions are:
Coldain (for dorf armor)
DainFrostreaverIV
Kromzek
Kromrif (for giant armor)
KingTormax
Claws of Veeshan (for ss armor)
LordYelinak

Are you sure about the level requirment? I thought you had to be 46ish to do the Velious armor quests. Wouldn't want to find out the hard way on something like a BP.

No level requirement on the quest itself but you can't click it til 45 like kunark armor.

There's also ColdainOfFroststone and the Chetari/Paebala, and Othmir, and the Geonids, and the tunare aligned fairy things in WL.

No.
for the armor from PoG (gloves of earthcrafting, nature's defender, helm of the tracker, etc) you have to be 55, but for thurg/ss/kael turn ins you only have to have the faction, level is irrelevant.

Giant warrior helms and STORM giant toes to Lieutenant Milven in SS.
Have to be dubious before you can turn them in though.

Idol does not give a good hit, and vindi is a large hit as well.
Yes you can wear it at level one; Inidgo who is leety/kurnl was a lvl 20 orge with warlords.
Just go for the boss mob hits, and turn in giant helms- they are 100 + faction mods (i.e. killing 100 giants in GD = 1 helm)

Yeah, I forgot Idol has a crappy (nonexistant) hit, but vindi has about the same size hit as a normal old protector of zek.

fastest way is to buy or farm the Storm toes and turn them in. Seems to be a larger hit than the helms, and faster than waiting on the big guys for the hit.
The turn-in npc in skyshrine is right when you zone in, go through the gate, turn right. You run right into him. Black drake.

Ya Brash they are that big. The Arena giants give way bigger hits than the Great Divide giants, that may be what you are thinking of.

they are not 100 points.....
Killing npc (normal giants ) are 1-3 points depending on level, turning in Helm/toes are 10 and 15.
Use to be able to see it with seq. And there was database of all faction points on seq main webpage before it went down.

You are wrong. From max kos to max ally is something like 3,700 hits, and it defintely does not take 370 helms to get to max ally.
