So i have been at the last lvl for awhile now, been doing side quest and such and tonight i finally decided to go and beat it.
Well i beat it and god is the ending so f*****g gay.
Anyone else think this is prob one of the gayest endings in any ff game?
Not to mention the short list of videos. The last video made me want to shoot some japenese game makers.

Did you get the 100% ending? There are at least three different endings depending on Percentage complete and choices in game. THe 100% ending is supposed to be the "real" ending.

but still doesnt get rid of the fact they have gay videos

well according to what ive read they purposely made the other endings besides the perfect ending suck alot so i would reccomend taking the time to rebeat it

Yea looks like they really wanted people to spend time getting 100%. I have yet to beat it. First run I gave at the gun I was not ready and he wiped me (got to the part where the gun extends), tho I did put up a good fight (used samuri, white mage, black mage ). I will prolly have it beat tonight tho now I know what he uses.
On a side note, has anyone beaten the feind in the desert after you bring back all the cactaur? The one with over 337k in hps?

i tried that fiend at around lvl 48 or so then i went to last stage and got to around 53ish and saw a huge difference in fighting him so Im gonna have to lvl more.
Using basically white mage, white mage/thief, beserker i took maybe 1/4 his life off then i died.
What i was doing was taking out the arm thingy on the left that does the cloud thing that puts a ton of status ailments on u, then working on middle guy till it was revived. The right arm and middle guy do like no dmg until it started to chain cast flare on me.
I think i also might be able to do better w/ alchemist instead of white mage unless i put some anti silence gear on my white mage.

Im currently near the beginning of chapter 3 with 48% complete, level 45 with Yuna (Paine and Rikku higher) and 5 dress spheres mastered - Black Mage, White Mage, Warrior, Gunner, Dark Knight. I have all the Gun Mage skills (But not blue bullets, hence not mastered) and all the songstress songs except the two i need items for.
Im trying my hardest to get 100% on first run through so im exploring everything thoroughly (Hence the levels and spheres).

can you get 100% first time?
when u pick what faction you want to return that sphere too, going either way is fine or would you have to do the game twice and go both ways?

You should be able to Yanbik. See I f****d up on my first run. I missed alot of stuff yet I could still beat the game even without most of the stuff to make it easier. I started over, but before I did (still have the game saved) I was 49 in chapter 5 and made it to the last guy fairly easy (well the magus sisters gave me a problem, but I finally took them down with 2 white mages and a samurai. (once I got Cindy killed I switched 1 white mage out for a black mage) That was a good 20 min battle in its own.
With the fiend in the desert..I put up a good 15 min fight before he wiped me out with the same set up (black mage, white mage and samurai).I am going back and getting all the shit I missed before, now I know how it works.

You are crazy. The "good" ending to the game is incredible. It's the ending you see after the credits. You have to do some certain things durting the game to get it, and you don't need 100%. The "perfect" ending is just a short scene after the "good" ending.
If you didn't get either of those, you got the "common" ending which is just a cinema before the credits.
Let me know if you guys got the "good" ending or better and see if you're still disappointed!

Flipping 99%. Forgot to clear up O'aka's debt and lost like 1% 
No more perfect ending for me. Going to start over tonight tho. with my very first save @ the celcius.

i skipped so much in the beginning
started a new game and in 3 hours i have gotten like 21% more of the game completed. After i finish act 2 and 3 and do a little in act4 ill have 100%.
But I went bevelle first time donig game so I wouldnt have been able to get perfect even if i did do most of the other stuff.

Well, you don't have to get 100% as long as you do some certain things during the game, but I doubt you'd get them without getting a spoiler (I never would have guessed on a few things).
I think the perfect ending isn't all it's cracked up to be, it's just an extra scene. As long as you get the good ending you'd be happy, I'll bet =)

if it doesnt have fighting i will not be happy, or it better have some badass character. Thats the main reason I was p****d w/ the movies from this ff. In ten they had a few badass ones w/ auron and sin breaking shit and fighting and invading bevelle.
This ff has like two ppl getting shot and some other short lame action scene. I need action not music videos!!
