Is there a good place on the net where I can find a list of possible exploits for EVE Online? I’d just like to see how can someone possibly harm my character so that I can protect myself from it. If I think that something like that has happened, how can I report it? Thanks a bunch!

First of all, there are two different things that may sound like cheating but the difference between them is really important. Scams are legal an are a product of your misplaced trust and you can’t report them. Exploits however are illegal and they include using bugs in the game to take advantage over other players without them being able to defend themselves. The latter should be reported and you can find info on how it is done on EVE official website.
