The official EVE site (kb.eve-online.com) has a long section on exploits and definitions thereof, but what you should do about it, it basically sums down to "report it to a GM". What's interesting is that it never explains how exactly do you report a bug exploit, and where… Also, should we report people who talk about exploits on the forums?

As to the reporting process, you just go to Help (in the NeoCom), select Petitions, then New Petition, then from Rules and Policies select Exploits, and type to your heart's content.
As to tattling on forum users who are talking about illegal game exploits, personally, I wouldn't bother with it.

whatever you do don't get caught using an exploit, Eve just is quick and harsh.
