Experience problems in Vanguard Grouping ?

Hello there! Me and a couple of guys have problems when trying to form a group! When we all join, almost instantly someone drops out. Then its almost impossible to get back to the group We invite, but he cant rejoin. If however rejoining succeeds, someone else gets disconnected. What is wrong with the grouping?
In earlier version of the game there has been a major bug concerning this problem but as far as I know that was fixed some time ago. However what you should keep in mind when grouping if you all are in the same chunk, most likely you wont encounter any problems with group forming.
