I can train these skills to 99, but they need to be at a certain level.
Strength---60+ (Easiest) Must supply rune scim if lost city is done than d long
Range 50+ must supply arrows/bow will need mage bow or d bow either is fine
Mage must supply runes will get to 70 and do dt for you.
Woodcutting---+50
Firemaking---+50
Mining---+70
Hunter---+65
Thieving---+53
Fishing---+60
Cooking (You must supply things to cook, or you must want to train fishing as well)---+60
If the skill is 50-75, the cost will be 30k per level, if its 75-99 then the price is 200k per level.
