Some people have been PMing mods asking for things to be done when we are not allowed to do so. It seems people are getting confused about the difference between Moderators and Admins. well, here is a list of what we can and can not do.

It is recommended to use a trusted middleman, so you do not get scammed.
Runescape member SMS pins are 8-digit number codes ONLY. It does not have RS at the start or have letters, it is just numbers. If they say otherwise, they are scammers, and you should report them to the hall of shame on realpoor ASAP.
