Everyone love Orcs in Warhammer Online

I’m new to Warhammer game and I’ve been trying to find out as much info on it as possible before it’s released. I grew bored by WoW and I plan to switch to Warhammer as soon as it comes out. The thing I don’t understand about the game is that it seems that most of the players want to have an orc character and I somehow find it odd. Why is that so?
I’ve noticed that too. At least according to what people on various Warhammer Online forums have been saying about their future characters. I suppose that most of the geeks ( and they are the majority of players) like to play the evil races and Orcs seem far mightier that the Goblins particularly in PvP.
