I am with you. I also never came across one. However, I am playing the game for shorter time. I have started playing about 2 months ago. I share your opinion that the dungeons are very important part of every RP games, such as Everquest 2. In addition, if there are no dungeons in the game, the developers had a good reason for that. I believe in them, and I believe that all of little mistakes will be fixed in the add-ons and expansions in the future.
