Locked combat is the worst thing about everquest 2 that I have seen so far. I have minor objections about this game functions, but this is not something that would be so big for me to decide to quite this game. But the greatest objection so far is locked combat. This is something that this game should get rid of. Everquest 2 getting rid of locked combat?

Not as far as I know. The reason for this being not just that I like this game a lot and that I enjoy locked combat, but this is something that many other players do like and when you look at the total numbers of all players that do like locked combat and the total numbers of players that do not like locked combat, you will see that many more player like this way of combat then there are those that don’t like it. In any case you will not be seeing getting rid of locked combat any time soon.
