Hello! I have just downloaded the Trial of Isles which should be a free trial. However it seems I cannot login with my free account. Is this normal? This game should be free trial game, shouldnt it? Has this changed maybe? I dont see any info about it. Is this a free trial?

Trial of Isles is free trial. Nothing changed there. I believe it is a server issue, sometimes servers are overloaded and you simply cannot enter the game. You should try later. However if you are unable to connect neither late night or early in the morning, could be that something else is wrong here.
