Every time I have to read a Quest text my monitor starts flickering and this happens during every Everquest 2 game I play. It is not just that I am also having a problem with NPC. Maybe somebody reading this can help me, or you know somebody who had an Everquest 2 NPC and Quest text problem!

This sounds like you are not having a problem with NPC or quest text. It sounds more like you are having a problem with your computer. To be more precise with the monitor. Because if it was up to your computer you wouldnt be able to play the game at all, but what you described here sounds like the monitor is up for repair. If you were more precise about how your problem manifests I would be more precise in describing the problem your monitor may be experiencing. I never had problems with Everquest II, but I had similar problems with one other game and as soon as I fixed my monitor everything went back to normal.
