I saw this somewhere, in a friends house I think. He had EQ2 but with some custom made interface. He didnt know to tell me how was that made, his cousin installed it, I think. So how can I make custom interface in EQ2? Are there some problems that might occur if I make it?

Yes, there is a custom interface in ever quest ii, there is a website and you can see all about it there. http://www.eq2interface.com/. Changing user interface is called modding and sometimes it can cause problems in application functioning, so maybe if you dont know what you are doing, youd better not mess with custom UI.
