Everquest 2 Character Reward Problem

I experience some very weird problems with rewards that I get after completing a successful mission. There are some material rewards I should get but none of them seems available no more. I read a lot on google, but couldn’t find nothing as a solution for this problem. has anyone had similar problem?
If you want to get a descent answer, you must describe your problem more precisely. I have absolutely no idea what your problem is, you must give more details, e.g. what is your character, what is your level, what server are you on and which quest you were running when the problem occurred.
