I thought that it was impossible to a caster to teleport himself, but is seems that it still is possible? I couldn’t find anything on this subject, even on the official site. Who can teleport and what are the conditions you must fulfill? Teleport can be really useful in some situations.

I am not sure about this, but I found something at tentonhammer. Check it out: http://eq2.tentonhammer.com/index.php?module=ContentExpress&func=display&ceid=1231. It says that there are some so called Racial Traditions that you can select when you reach level 10. For a froglok, there is an ‘Astounding Leap’ which says that it teleports a caster randomly to a nearby location.
