I was just about to enroll a warlock, when this new class, conjuror appeared. Now, what are the benefits of this new class, is it well balanced? i read a brief description about the class and I like it. If there is someone who played conjuror, please send me a pm.

Well I see no reason for comparison here. Warlocks are sorcerers, and conjurors are summoners, their essential role is completely different. You have the complete description about both this classes on the official website, you can see that they have not so much in common. Well ok, maybe you could say that if you are going to play PvP rather pick a Conjurer.

ive personally played warlock, conj, and necro... (the conj evilpart) go with a warlock or necro for dps purpouses

I disagee a bit, Conjurers and Necros are equal dps. Just good side evil side. And Necros are poison/disease where Conjs are Elemental

you will NEVER see a conj outdps a decent necro EVER as long as they are equally geared

If you're looking for DPS you may want to take a look at the Wizard class.
Great DPS, and great soloing abilities.

Just started playing eq2 after 7 years of eq1. From my exp is, it was easier to lvl the mage than the necro. Mind you, i did craploads of quests and did alot of running around, but overall, I really enjoyed the mage vs the necro. I dont know how the game play changed at higher lvls but currently at lvl 24 the mage is a better soloer than the necro. You cant kitel like you could in eq1 =/.

My main is a conjuror, always will be. What makes you say that a conjuror cant outparse a necro??? It's totally dependant on the AA points and what pet is being used at the time.
As far as leveling quickly, conjurors can handle the heroic mobs (the ones that require a group), and so can wizards, on the higher ranges of level. I think that wizards can level crazy fast though, doing quests, as they can burn through the X amount of mobs that a quest often requires.
Personally I love wizards, whenever I'd get one in my xp-group we'd kill things like no ones business. I have seen a wizard solo their way from lvl 56-65 in less than a week easily, just because they can handle the mobs that require an entire group sometimes, and so they get alot of xp/kill.
