and it amazes me that Jacques Chirac is a good candidate for the Nobel peace prize.

He's a candidate because he was so nice in voting against the war in Iraq.. while his gov't kept supplying them with miltary hardware throughout the 1990s. He belongs in the cell next to Saddam.
