hi guys! I finally want to replace my old rookie ship with something bigger, better, etc. I was thinking about getting myself a frigate, which one would you suggest me to get for myself? I am a gallente myself, so something that is good for me? I’ve been thinking of Incurus, but maybe Atron is better?

It depends on your race and personal preferences, but the best two ships that I’d select would be either Incursus or Tristan. This is especially true if you primarily want to combat a lot. But if you need a ship for mining and cargo, then take Imicus. That is what I would do.
