I am interested in playing Eve Online, and I need to know how is traveling with autopilot done in the game. I do not know anything about the game, but I have played several MMORPGs before. If the Eve is like other games, I know I will spend too much time traveling from one place to another and that can irritate me. Therefore, I need to know that piece of information before I start to play this game.

First, I must ask you why you choose to play one particular game, before you learn as much as possible about it. How do you think to play Eve Online if you do not know the basics about it? Second, go to the official game’s web site, and read every article you find there, regarding the game and how it is played. You must know the basics before you start playing. If you really must know, traveling with autopilot is very easy in Eve Online and it is done by the means of space ships and its main computers, because the entire game is set in the deep space. Just read the articles on the site, and then you will be ready to play this great game.

Traveling by autopiloting is quite slow but you can go afk and shower/eat. You just pick destination on the starmap then engage autopilot and of you go. It's 10 times faster to travel manualy tough.
