I am ver interested in playing Eve Online, and I want to know where I can buy and sell isk. I have found out that it is very important thing to do for every new player. I do not if that is true, but I want to know everything. I am hoping that anybody would help me. Eve Online is great game and ISK concept is fabulously implemented in the game play.

I do not know if the buying and selling ISK is really important, because I did not have any troubles since I started to play this game. It is great concept and it is implemented in much better way if you compare it to any other MMORPG. There are many markets where you can find players who are ready to buy or sell their ISK for a certain price. If you do that, you must be ready for anything, because many players have their own strategies regarding ISK. I suggest you to first read several reviews about those markets, so you would know what to expect.

You go here and buy a bunch of game time codes with real money:

Next you trade game time codes with other players for ISK. Current rates are:
30 day code - 130-160 million ISK
90 day code - 300-400 million ISK
This is how you buy ISK in EVE Online in a way the CCP allows. Never buy from gold farmer websites. When GMs discover that you bought items/currency from farmers they will take it away and you will have negative wallet balance or you will lose all your items. Your account will also get a warning and eventually a ban. When you buy ISK through GTCs you will never get any warnings and you'll get to keep all the ISK your codes generated.
There is a secure system for trading codes in place such that you don't get screwed over by the buyers. This system can be accessed through main EVE website www.eve-online.com. It automatically takes ISK from buyer and deposits it into your wallet while your code get applied to buyer's account.

This is your best option as ccp will ban you if your caught selling or buying isk directly and not through time cards.

you now have to buy 60 day time codes and sell them for 300 - 400 mil each this is the safest way to do it

If you are serious about obtaining isk. I can sell you isk at prices that are much better than $40 - 400m (60d gtc sale).
I guess reply here if you're interested I can supply probably as much as you would want.
