I just feel like EVE offers too many options when it comes to skills and such and so I feel a bit confused. I’m looking for some kind of tool that would help me handle skills system in EVE – something that would suggest which skills I should develop in order to make my character the way I want him to turn out in the end. Thanks in advance for your answer!

I don’t think that such a tool exists but there is something called ‘Character manager’ that may help you. Anyway, I’m not sure where you can download it from now since the site I downloaded it from about a year ago doesn’t offer it anymore. Do a google search and you should probably find it.
