I’ve been playing EVE for some time and I really like it a lot and this is the first time that I’m having a question about it. I wanted to hear your opinion on how I could get a tackler the easiest and fastest way. Which ship would be the best for this purpose? Thanks a lot!

If you don’t have that much ISK, I’d say that it would be best to use a rifter. But it also depends on what you plan to use it for and for how long you plan to have it. Vagabond would be nice too. http://www.eve-online.com/guide/en/g08.asp. Read this if you haven’t already.

T1 frig.. Is one of the best cheepest ways to tackle.
Fit it with a named scram and named webber throw in a nice MWD and you all set.
Total cost.. Less then 3 mill isk.
Then you have the T2 ships that cost more etc.. But in my opinion are really not worth the effort or risk.
