I’ve been away from home for a while and haven’t been able to play EVE. I reactivated the account and downloaded some patches that came out while I was gone but I can’t connect to the Tranquility anymore. I get the message saying that the server’s status is unknown. Does anyone know if missed something – I followed the instructions on the eve-online.com regarding activating my account again. I also tried to connect to test server but that failed too. Any help would be really appreciated!
You have to check if some internet protection application is blocking your internet connection. Whenever I download a new patch for EVE, Norton asks me if it should let EVE client connect to the internet or not. It is really annoying but I haven’t discovered how to stop this yet.
