Yes, it is possible to transfer character in Eve Online, but it is very limited right now. If you are above level 15, the server is not older than 90 days, you can’t transfer you favorite character. In addition, if you are from North America, you will not be able to transfer to European servers. Character transfer is taking 1-10 days to complete, but it can be canceled at any time before the actual transfer is done. There is some small fee for the transfer, and can be done only once in six months. Many servers are experiencing login problems these days, so be careful what are you doing.
