Eve Online PvP Skillpoints? Is there any other way of getting them? When I say any other way I mean I know about playing the game and getting skill points, but I think I over heard a conversation one time where some kind of training were mentioned and I got a n impression there is something more to it, then just playing.

You heard it right. There is one other way how you can get more skill points and even if you are not playing and you are off line. It is called training and it depends on a specific skill how much time you will need to make it to perfection. Some smaller skills need a couple of hours and for some special skills you need a couple of weeks. You will see this is a great way to get your skills a boost and you will find yourself using this training method a lot in the future. I am telling you this from my own experience. I hope you will find it easy to use and that you will see some results from using it pretty soon.

You cannot train any faster than about 2200-2300 skill points per hour. That's the top rates.
If you want to get more skill points you simply go and buy yourself a character. This way you don't have to wait a year to finally fly all those ships you always wanted to fly and sit in n00b corps that can't pvp if their lives depended on it.

Its a time based system. You do not earn any points at all except what you get EVERY second.
 but you get hatemail and killmails
