What are these Outpost Constructions and how do they work? Is it difficult to construct that construction and what do you need to do it? Are there any alternatives to Outpost constructions? Who decides where the outpost construction will be located and is the building automatic or manual? Thanks for any info.

Outpost construction platforms are made of outpost components. You buy these from NPCs, can’t make them yourself. You need a shuttle to transport these elements, but most likely you will travel a lot. Only freighters can deploy them. Your corporation has to be a part of alliance. Also needs to hold system sovereignity in wanted starbase. It’s complicated.
