Do I need some kind of Eve Online Offline Character Tool to make that off line skill training to work. I can’t imagine that something like this exists, but if I was told more then once that it is working, I want to believe that it possible and I want to try it out. Do you know what I need?

As far as I know there is nothing that you need for this skill off line training. You just need to know what skills you need to train some more and you need to be off line and everything else is out of your hands from that point on. I also think that this is something that blow everybody’s mind of when it was first introduced and I think that many other games will be introducing this soon in their games. I think that the huge number of players is because something like this exists. Of course there are other good things as well.
