Do you use third party programs in Eve Online? I was thinking of trying some out, but I am afraid that they might have some bugs and stuff that will affect my play. On the other hand some of the things they offer are just the things I need. Eve Online Inventions? Is it worth the risk?

It is definitely worth the risk and if I were you I would get everything that my hands can get on. There are some programs that are being allowed by the official developers of the game and if you ask around you can find out what they are and you can get them without fear that this will impair your game in any way. I was just using some the other day and they turned out to be fantastic. In the beginning I was more like you and I was not comfortable using them, but now I am using them left and right.
