Is it really true that people sell the items and money they have in EVE for real-life money? And accounts too? Is it possible to make a living by simply playing the game all day long and then selling your built-up characters and found items to someone who doesn’t want to play from the start? I’m thinking about quitting the Uni if this turns out to be the truth…

I’m not sure whether you can really make living by selling your gaming accounts. Especially not when it comes to EVE. Though this is a really good game, it doesn’t have such a huge community as some other MMORPG games do. I only know some figures when it comes to trading ISK. On http://ige.com you can get about 9$ for 50 million ISK and about 160$ for a billion ISK. Just imagine how long you have to play to earn that much money. So just play EVE for fun and keep on studying, that’s what I’d tell you.
